Blue matches, white tips and a rather lovely elephant.
The Archivist Blue Long Matches are proof that even the most practical things can earn their place on display.
Presented in a weighty clear glass bottle , approximately 125 extra-long matches feature deep blue stems with crisp white tips, finished with a charming letterpress-foiled elephant label .
At 10cm long, they're perfect for reaching into deeper candle vessels as well as lighting lanterns, fireplaces, wood burners and birthday candles.
The bottle is finished with a natural cork stopper and an integrated strike plate on the base, so everything you need is beautifully contained in one very good-looking bottle.
Once the matches are finished, simply refill it and keep it out — exactly the sort of useful object we like.
Pair with a favourite candle for an easy birthday, housewarming or host gift , or keep them sitting beside your own candle collection.
Please note: Available for UK delivery only .
Blue matches. Glass bottle. Definitely staying out.
