Two dachshunds. Red noses. Snow falling. Sold.
The Archivist Dachshund in the Snow Long Matchbox might just be our favourite way to light a Christmas candle.
Featuring two rather adorable dachshunds with bright red noses playing beneath falling snowflakes, all set against a soft mint green background, it's festive, playful and guaranteed to raise a smile.
Inside are extra-long safety matches , perfect for reaching into deeper candle vessels as well as lighting fireplaces, wood burners and lanterns on cold winter evenings.
And with artwork this good, it's certainly not destined for the kitchen drawer. Leave it beside your favourite Christmas candle, pop it on the mantelpiece or add it to a festive display.
It also makes a brilliant stocking filler or little Christmas gift — particularly for the dachshund-obsessed person in your life.
