We’re firm believers in the importance of having a creative outlet, and at Mad Lilies, we want to help you find yours. Our Banstead store is the perfect space for unleashing creativity, and we’re delighted to be able to offer a range of workshops throughout this coming year.
We have created a series of seasonal and creative workshops for anyone with a love of flowers to come along and enjoy. They’re a great way to spend a couple of hours learning a new skill, whilst relaxing and having fun with likeminded people. So whether you’re looking for a creative outlet, a chance to hone your floristry skills or a gift experience for someone you love, our workshops are designed to share our expertise with you, so you can create your own stunning floral designs. All you need to bring is your enthusiasm and willingness to give it a go!
Our workshops are two-hours long and start with a demonstration on how to choose, prepare and arrange your flowers. You will then be provided with a seasonal collection of flowers and foliage along with all necessary sundries for you to have a go yourself, with us right by your side to lend a guiding hand.
Workshops come complete with tea/coffee and delicious cakes and a glass of fizz in summer and Mad Lilies Hot Port in winter.
And everyone that comes on our workshops can also enjoy a 10% discount off all purchases in-store on the evening and will be given a Mad Lilies Loyalty Card.
Here's what one of our wonderful students, Angie, has to say about taking part in our floral workshops:
"..being creative with flowers makes me happy. Mad Lilies workshop are structured so they are really easy to follow making impressive results completely attainable. I love how everything is ready for when you arrive; from apron and scissors to the carefully selected quality flowers in the most stunning colour combinations. I quite often attend on my own because everyone is so friendly and you're made to feel at home. I feel such a big sense of fulfilment that I've achieved something so beautiful when I take home what I make.”
A Mad Lilies workshop place makes a brilliant and unusual gift and the best bit is they get to take home their creation at the end. We have Workshop Gift Vouchers available to buy just call the shop or purchase online.
