Your Rewards Points are tied to your customer account. An account will be automatically created if you provide an email address at the time of purchase, regardless of whether you sign up for email marketing. However, having an account will not automatically register you for Mad Lilies Rewards.

Until you confirm your account and sign up for the Rewards program, you will continue to earn points for every purchase as a GUEST, but you will not be able to redeem them or earn points for additional activities. To redeem your points, you must register as a Rewards program MEMBER.

As a member, you will earn points with every purchase, plus for additional activities that we (Mad Lilies) may add or remove at various times. Such activities may include, but are not limited to: Referring a friend, leaving a review, having a birthday (if you have registered your birthday on your account).

We reserve the right to add and remove additional points-earning activities at our discretion. Should we decide to discontinue a particular activity, any points already earned from form that activity will remain on your account.

This Rewards program was launched on the 14th November 2024. Purchases made before that time will not be eligible to earn points.

Points cannot be awarded retrospectively unless there is clear evidence of a qualifying purchase made, that was not attributed to an existing customer account. No points can be awarded retrospectively for purchases preceding 14th November 2024.

We reserve the right to increase or reduce the amount of points that may be earned from any activity-including purchases-however the redemption value of points already earned will not be affected.

Points earned have no monetary value and can only be redeemed in the form of a discount against a future purchase (as defined by us). They cannot be exchanged for any form of cash reward.

There is no limit to the amount of points you can earn and rewards vouchers you can collect, but it is only possible to redeem one rewards voucher per purchase.

By signing up for the Mad Lilies Rewards program, you agree to receive email communications from Mad Lilies. Such emails will include a regular weekly news update, plus sporadic additional messages to inform you of upcoming Sales, Workshop dates, your current points balance and new points-earning opportunities. You will only receive emails from us. We do not share your contact details with anyone else.
