Before ordering your funeral tribute, please make sure you have the following information to hand:
- The date and time of the funeral
- The name of the deceased
- The address of the funeral director or residential address
- A funeral or sympathy card message to accompany your tribute
You can then simply select a design that you like from the illustrations below, choose the size of the tribute and select the colour palette for the flowers you would like us to use.
In the order notes we will ask you to provide the following:
• The name of the deceased
• The date & time of the funeral
• Where the flowers should be delivered
• Your desired card message.
You will then be required to follow the simple ordering & payment process that follows.

Useful Information When Ordering Funeral Flowers
Where should the flowers be delivered?
We would always recommend delivering funeral flowers to the funeral undertakers in advance, to ensure that the flowers and coffin can travel together to the service. Typically, the funeral undertaker is the delivery location of choice, and this allows for a smooth and well-coordinated arrival of both the flowers and coffin at the service.
We will always deliver the flowers at least 2 hours before the funeral, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless and timely service.
What if I don’t know the name of the undertaker handling the funeral?
We would recommend that you reach out to the crematorium or church hosting the service for information on the undertaker in charge of the funeral.
What type of message should be sent with the flowers?
Writing a message for a funeral tribute or sympathy card can be challenging during a time of sadness. However, a few heartfelt words can mean a lot.

When do I need to order the flowers by?
Please make sure to place your order for funeral flowers at least 48 hours in advance, and allow a few extra days for Casket Sprays due to their intricate design.
