If you're lucky enough to live locally, our wonderful Mad Lilies delivery team will bring your flowers, gifts and homewares straight to your door.

We deliver throughout Banstead and the surrounding Surrey areas, Monday to Saturday, with same-day delivery available for orders placed before 2pm.

Not everyone is lucky enough to live around the corner from Mad Lilies, but that shouldn't stop you sending someone our beautiful flowers.

For delivery addresses outside our local area, we offer nationwide fresh flower delivery using APC Couriers for a flat rate of £12.95.

Every bouquet is carefully prepared by our florists and packaged for its journey, so it arrives ready to brighten someone's day.

Whether it's a thoughtful birthday present, a housewarming gift or something you've had your eye on for a while, we'll carefully pack your order and send it on its way.

We use Royal Mail for our standard home and gift deliveries, with an express courier option available for those occasions when you simply can't wait.

Our standard delivery service is ideal for gifts, homewares and accessories when you're not in a particular hurry.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 2–3 working days for your parcel to arrive, although some deliveries may take up to 5 working days.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods or for remote UK postcodes.

Need Your Order in a Hurry?

For those moments when sooner is definitely better.

If your order is especially urgent, please call us before ordering and we'll happily advise on the fastest available delivery option.

Where an express courier service is available, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched for next-working-day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm may take an additional working day.

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will normally be delivered on Tuesday, subject to availability and bank holidays.

Express delivery is available to eligible UK mainland addresses and requires a signature upon delivery.

We know that timing matters, particularly when you're sending something lovely to celebrate an important moment.

It's also helpful to include a contact telephone number in case our team needs to get in touch.

We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, although standard postal and courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

For date-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing an appropriate express service or ordering a little earlier to be on the safe side.

Delivery Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, you'll receive the details needed to follow your delivery.

We generally use Royal Mail and APC Couriers, although occasionally we may use another trusted delivery partner.

If you haven't received your parcel within the expected delivery window, please get in touch so we can investigate.

Bank holidays

Our usual delivery schedules may change around bank holidays and public holidays.

Remote UK postcodes

Some remote areas may require an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

Larger or fragile homewares

Certain oversized or particularly delicate items may require specialist delivery arrangements and additional charges. Where this applies, we'll make the delivery information clear before your order is confirmed.

Busy seasonal periods

Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are wonderfully busy times at Mad Lilies. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery date.

Meet The Winter Ramble, our wonderfully natural winter planter, inspired by the untamed beauty of a garden in the quieter months.

Hand-planted by our Mad Lilies florists in Banstead, this gorgeous seasonal gathering brings together a changing selection of fragrant paperwhites, scented hyacinths, pretty cyclamen and trailing ivy, creating a beautifully abundant little winter garden.

Nestled into a characterful rustic planter, its relaxed, slightly wild arrangement is designed to evolve as the bulbs emerge, flowers open and fresh greenery tumbles over the edges.

Arriving in December, The Winter Ramble makes a rather lovely Christmas or hostess gift, a beautiful alternative to traditional festive flowers and something special to enjoy as winter slowly gives way to spring.

Keeping Your Winter Ramble Beautiful

Position in a cool, bright spot away from direct heat. Water gently when the compost begins to dry, avoiding waterlogging. As the bulbs grow and flower, your planter will naturally change and develop.

As we work with living, seasonal plants and bulbs, individual varieties, colours and stages of flowering may vary. Each planter will retain its beautifully natural, abundant winter-garden character.
