Fresh Amaryllis Stems – A Box of Winter Blooms

Big Blooms. Beautiful Drama.

Four gorgeous colours. Magnificent winter flowers. A whole lot of wow.

Some flowers are simply born to make an entrance.

And fresh amaryllis? They're rather spectacular at it.

Tall, sculptural and gloriously dramatic, amaryllis are one of winter's most extraordinary flowers. With their magnificent trumpet-shaped blooms, elegant architectural stems and wonderfully rich colours, it's little wonder we look forward to their arrival every Christmas.

Our Fresh Amaryllis Stem Boxes are filled with beautiful seasonal amaryllis, ready for you to arrange at home and enjoy as those magnificent buds gradually burst into bloom.

And the best bit? Amaryllis need very little arranging. Simply gather your stems in a favourite vase, let their natural shape do the work and wait for the magic to happen.

No complicated floristry. No unnecessary fuss.

Just extraordinary flowers.

Four Beautiful Winter Colour Stories

We've chosen four gorgeous shades, each with its own personality and a little Mad Lilies Christmas magic.

Winter Snow – White

Crisp, elegant and beautifully sculptural.

Christmas Kiss – Red

Bold, beautiful and unmistakably festive.

Mulberry Velvet – Burgundy

Deep, sumptuous and deliciously dramatic.

Blushing Pearl – Blush

Soft, romantic and rather lovely.

A Box Full of Possibilities

Choose your favourite colour for a beautifully coordinated display or combine different shades to create something wonderfully your own.

Arrange your amaryllis en masse in a statement vase, divide them between several smaller arrangements or use them to bring a little floral drama to your Christmas celebrations.

Perfect for festive entertaining, decorating your home, sending to a flower lover or simply treating yourself to one of winter's most spectacular flowers.

And because amaryllis often arrive with their buds still waiting to open, there's the added pleasure of watching those extraordinary blooms reveal themselves over the following days.

How to Care for Your Amaryllis

A little care. A lot of beautiful blooms.

Trim your stems carefully

Amaryllis stems are naturally hollow, so use a sharp knife rather than scissors to trim the ends and avoid crushing them.

Give them a little support

For additional support, carefully slide a long wooden support inside the hollow stem, then gently secure the top with a little cotton wool. This helps support the stem as those magnificent flowers begin to open.

Not quite ready to arrange?

If you're not ready to display your amaryllis immediately, the stems can be stored flat, without water, in a cool, dark place for up to a week. For the freshest results, we recommend arranging them as soon as possible.

Ready for their grand entrance?

Place your stems in a clean, sturdy vase with fresh water and position somewhere bright, away from direct heat.

A warmer room will encourage the buds to open more quickly, while cooler conditions can help you enjoy the flowers for longer.

Refresh the water regularly and enjoy watching your amaryllis transform.

Unbox. Arrange. Admire.

Because life is far too short for ordinary flowers.
