Fiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus lyrata) Classic Statement Houseplant
Air Purifying
Moody But Magnificent
Fiddle Leaf Fig – Bold Greenery with Sculptural Style
Bring dramatic height and lush foliage into your home with the Fiddle Leaf Fig, a statement-making houseplant that thrives indoors. In its native tropical habitat it can reach up to 15m, but pot-grown varieties grow to a more manageable 2–2.5m – the perfect size for adding structure and interest to the corner of any room. Its large, glossy, fiddle-shaped leaves not only create a striking silhouette but also absorb moisture through their surface, making this plant especially grateful for a regular misting.
Please Note
This Fiddle Leaf Fig comes in a natural plastic nursery pot – the decorative pot shown in photos is not included.
Choosing the Right Decorative Pot
To give your plant the perfect fit, you’ll need to select a decorative pot separately. As a general rule, go one size up from the nursery pot. For example, if your plant comes in a 12cm nursery pot, choose a decorative pot with an internal diameter of around 13–15cm for the best fit. Explore our full plant pot collection below to find the perfect match.

Caring For Your Fiddle Leaf Fig (Ficus lyrata) Classic Statement Houseplant
WATERING
Thirsty in Summer, so water once a week and can be misted every few days. Water less in the winter.
LIGHT & POSITION
Fiddle leaf figs do best when placed in a spot with lots of bright, indirect light. Direct sunlight can scorch the large leaves, causing the edges to brown. Rotate occasionally to ensure all leaves are exposed to equal light and grow evenly.
HUMIDITY
This plant really responds well to a regular misting of the leaves as this is how they prefer to absorb water.
