Our super-convenient Mad Lilies e-Gift Card is the perfect way to treat someone special with a touch of floral magic. Whether they’d love fresh flowers, seasonal plants, stylish homeware, or one of our creative workshops, this flexible digital gift voucher lets them choose their own perfect treat.

The Mad Lilies Gift Card is valid for 24 months and can be used in full or part-payment both in-store and online. We’ve created a selection of pre-set denominations for easy gifting, but if you’d like a custom amount, simply call the shop on 01737 356404 and our team will be happy to help.

Your e-Gift Card will be emailed to you to print at home, or, if you’re short on time, select “I want to send this as a gift”, add the recipient’s details and a personal message, and we’ll send it straight to their inbox. Perfect for thoughtful last-minute gifting.

  • A Mad Lilies e-Gift Card is valid for 18 Months, but we aren't totally inflexible about dates. If you want to use your card but realise it expired a few weeks ago, just give us a call or visit the shop and we'll help you with your purchase*
  • Gift cards cannot be purchased using any of our discount codes or an existing account credit.
  • All our Gift Cards can be redeemed against any purchase in-store or on our website.
  • Please note that if you use a gift card against the purchase of a recurring subscription, it will only be redeemed against the initial delivery. Any positive balance left on the card can then be used against further purchases. 
  • A gift card can be used in combination with other discount codes or account credit and It doesn't have to be used all at once; provided there is still a balance remaining on the card, it can be used multiple times until the full balance is cleared.
  • Sorry, but Mad Lilies Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

*We are happy to honour a Gift Card up to 12 weeks after the expiry date, but as a business, we have to draw the line somewhere so please don't be offended if a team member cannot accept a card that is more than 12 weeks past its expiry date.

Q: Where Can Gift Cards Be Redeemed?

A Mad Lilies Gift Card can be redeemed against online purchases, or in our Banstead store at 127 High Street, Banstead, SM7 2NS.

Q; Does the Gift Card have to be redeemed all in one go?

No, as this is an e-Gift Card its value sits as a form of store credit on the holders account. So it can be used in full or in part as required.

Q: Can the Gift Card be used in part-payment against a more expensive product?

Yes, of course. However it is only possible to use the full balance of the Gift Card in part-payment. It is not possible to split the amount redeemed.
