Nationwide Fresh Flower Delivery

Beautiful flowers. Beyond Surrey.

Not everyone is lucky enough to live around the corner from Mad Lilies, but that shouldn't stop you sending someone our beautiful flowers.

For delivery addresses outside our local area, we offer nationwide fresh flower delivery using APC Couriers for a flat rate of £12.95.

Every bouquet is carefully prepared by our florists and packaged for its journey, so it arrives ready to brighten someone's day.

Nationwide Flower Delivery at a Glance

Simply choose your preferred available delivery date at checkout.

We recommend ordering in advance, particularly for birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions.

Please note that nationwide flower delivery is available on selected floral products rather than our entire flower collection.

Nationwide Home & Gift Delivery

Lovely things, delivered to your doorstep.

Our carefully curated collection of homewares, gifts, candles, cards and beautiful little finds can be delivered throughout the UK.

Whether it's a thoughtful birthday present, a housewarming gift or something you've had your eye on for a while, we'll carefully pack your order and send it on its way.

We use Royal Mail for our standard home and gift deliveries, with an express courier option available for those occasions when you simply can't wait.

National Delivery Charges

Our standard delivery service is ideal for gifts, homewares and accessories when you're not in a particular hurry.

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 2–3 working days for your parcel to arrive, although some deliveries may take up to 5 working days.

Delivery times may be slightly longer during particularly busy periods or for remote UK postcodes.

Need Your Order in a Hurry?

For those moments when sooner is definitely better.

If your order is especially urgent, please call us before ordering and we'll happily advise on the fastest available delivery option.

Where an express courier service is available, orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday are normally dispatched for next-working-day delivery.

Orders placed after 12pm may take an additional working day.

Orders placed Friday to Sunday will normally be delivered on Tuesday, subject to availability and bank holidays.

Express delivery is available to eligible UK mainland addresses and requires a signature upon delivery.

Sending a Gift for a Special Occasion?

We know that timing matters, particularly when you're sending something lovely to celebrate an important moment.

If you have a particular date in mind, please let us know in the Order Notes section at checkout.

It's also helpful to include a contact telephone number in case our team needs to get in touch.

We'll always do our best to accommodate your request, although standard postal and courier delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

For date-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing an appropriate express service or ordering a little earlier to be on the safe side.

Delivery Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, we'll send you confirmation by email.

Where tracking is available, you'll receive the details needed to follow your delivery.

We generally use Royal Mail and APC Couriers, although occasionally we may use another trusted delivery partner.

If you haven't received your parcel within the expected delivery window, please get in touch so we can investigate.

A Few Helpful Things to Know

Delivery addresses

Please double-check your recipient's delivery address and postcode before completing your order. Accurate details help us make sure everything arrives where it should.

Bank holidays

Our usual delivery schedules may change around bank holidays and public holidays.

Remote UK postcodes

Some remote areas may require an additional 1–2 working days for delivery.

Larger or fragile homewares

Certain oversized or particularly delicate items may require specialist delivery arrangements and additional charges. Where this applies, we'll make the delivery information clear before your order is confirmed.

Busy seasonal periods

Christmas, Valentine's Day and Mother's Day are wonderfully busy times at Mad Lilies. We recommend ordering early to secure your preferred delivery date.
