Mad Lilies At Home (A trading name of HoweNowBrownCow Ltd) are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring any data is held securely.

This policy sets out how we collect your data, for what purpose, it’s storage and how we share it and your rights in relation to your data.

We will not rent, sell or share your personal information with any other company.

Collection of personal information:

If you purchase a product via our websites, you will be asked to fill in a form with your first, last name and email address, address to where the goods will be sent and billing address, as well as payment card details. This is done via a securely encrypted link.

If you sign up to our newsletters via our websites, or use the ‘contact us’ form, you will complete a form requesting your first name, last name and email address.

We may collect, use and store information about your computer and/or the device from which you accessed our websites, newsletters or social media channels.

Purpose of collecting personal information:

We collect your information so that we can give you a good service, delivering your products in a time-efficient matter, easily handle refunds. Also so that you can use the website, and so that we can monitor and administer the website and analyse the effectiveness of our online communications, in order to improve the services offered.

We will send you regular newsletters and updates which we think will be relevant to you and you can unsubscribe from these at any time using the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email or by emailing: info@madliliesathome.co.uk

We will only disclose personal information where required by any applicable law, or when it is necessary in order for third parties to provide their services to us (ie: processing payments).

We may use cookies, which gather information about your computer, in order to better develop our website so it is responsive to users. These are stored on your computer or device but are cannot identify you personally. You can decline cookies by navigating to your computer or device ‘settings’ and disabling cookies.

Storage of personal data:

Where we have any paperwork containing personal information, it will be kept in locked filing cabinets, in alarmed premises and when it is online, it will be password-protected and encrypted. We make every effort to ensure that the servers we use are secure and fully accredited but we cannot be held for any illegal breach of data as the internet is not a fully secure resource.

Where we add links to third party websites, and you navigate to those sites, we cannot be held responsible for their privacy policy and security, so please read and agree to their terms and conditions.

Your rights:

If you do not want to receive marketing communications from us, you can use the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of any email, or by emailing info@madliliesathome.co.uk and you may also request to have all your personal information permanently deleted from our systems.
